Rick Endres
Rick Endres, a Cincinnati native, is a veteran of the Cincinnati music scene, as both a solo artist and member of the bands Wooden Nickel and Runnin’ On Empty. His playlist is wide ranging and varied, including acoustic rock music from the ’60′s through last week. The most popular material, however, is the classic rock he plays, covering such artists as Eagles; James Taylor; Crosby, Stills & Nash and Neil Young; Gordon Lightfoot; Hootie and the Blowfish; Matchbox 20; and Jimmy Buffett. He also writes his own original music in that vein, and mixes a few of those into his show as well. Rick has appeared with his band “Runnin’ On Empty at special events like Summerfair; Westside Streetfest; Edensong Summer Concert Series; Pyramid Hill Concert Series; the MusicCafe; and the Clermont County Fair. Rick also has two CDs available – “I’m Dreaming of a Live Christmas” and “Playin’ Favorites,” a CD of some of his favorite cover tunes.
